Birds

Just a super simply layout of some of the birds we saw at San Diego Zoo - I didn't get enough pictures to do full pages of each type... so just matted them and put them all together.. tied a little bit of ribbon on it. Sometimes I just love simple pages.

Attitude and My Hero

I had taken a break from swapping - the postage just about kills me from Canada. But I had the urge to swap again so I joined a swap on Splitcoast.

This was for the "boys" group.

Stars - Mickey... Attitude from Graphically Speaking

This was "sports".... I thought it would be great to have a totally generic page that anybody could use.

Not sure why my banners look crooked - they weren't - must have been how they photographed.

The stars were from my favourite Jolee's star punch.

The banner and My Hero were both welded on the gypsy. Font - Mickey Mouse.. Banners - Sports Mania

Apollo 13

Quick and easy layout. Used my Cricut to cut out the spaceship and used the Gypsy to weld my letters and numbers together. The stars are from my favourite punch - Jolee's star.

All Boy

I received this page layout in a swap I hosted on Splitcoast. I finally got pictures on it. I believe it was created by Stephanie. These pictures were from our camping trip last summer. The boys all had Nerf Guns and they spent HOURS playing at the park at the campsite.

Backdraft

From our trip to Universal Studios in 2009. Simple layout - the title is a photo I took while there. I added some satin ribbon from my stash.

Critter Challenge - Oops!

So this week over at the Critter Challenge blog we are challenging you to make a monochromatic creation using green and white. Well when we got our assignment a few weeks ago - I read it and then promptly created the following layout.. except I forgot that it was only supposed to be green and white.. and I matted in brown and used embellishments that had brown on them. Ooops!

So I had to scramble to make a new layout.. which I am super proud of as well... so all was not lost!

This paper has fantastic embossing all over it - some of the stars and the Rebel are embossed. It was from Paper Crush.

Critter Challenge #56 - Monochromatic - Green

Welcome to another week at the Critter Sketch Challenge Blog.. in honour of St. Patrick's Day this week, we are challenging you to make a monochromatic creation, using Green - and white where necessary.

I always make duplicate layouts, one for each of my boys. Sometimes they are identical and other times they are different. These two ended up being pretty similar. Other than the background paper - the rest is all scraps. I'm on a mission to empty my scrap buckets!
